Based on our exciting business growth we are actively recruiting a Director of Business Development to join the MyMove team which is focused on connecting the highly valuable audience of nearly 40 million moving consumers with our portfolio of products and services.

What you’ll do: 

  • The Director position is a business development position responsible for creating new relationships with partner companies.
  • You’ll interact frequently with senior leadership in the company as well as the executive management teams of our partners
  • Successfully navigate client conversations around the value of our products while quickly assessing client situations and configure mutually beneficial value propositions.
  • Define and set the strategic direction for new partnerships and target categories, function as a thought leader pushing the evolution of the business’ value drivers. 

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with a track record of success both educationally as well as professionally.
  • 8 – 10 years of business experience in a business development position.
  • Previous digital marketing experience is a huge plus.
  • Persuasive communicator that can gain internal and external buy-in and followership for new ideas and opportunities.
  • Strong leadership and EQ traits that will transition well to any business or industry.
  • Experience with in depth analysis and problem solving with the ability to think strategically while seeing the execution all the way through.
  • A desire to be in a fast paced and often changing environment.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, that is incredibly driven, agile and goal oriented.

Director of Digital Marketing

What’s the role?

We are looking for a digital-minded leader to drive growth for one or more of our leading brands through digital transformation, marketing, e-commerce and technology.  This role is responsible for working with our internal business leaders, as well as C-level partner contacts, to drive forward and execute on digital strategies (SEM, SEO, ECommerce) including driving the P&L and providing the strategic vision.  The position will also develop and lead teams including marketing, creative, and technology professionals.

What we are looking for:

  • Strong digital marketing background with expertise in Paid Search, SEO, ECommerce or Customer Experience.
  • Desire to work hands-on in a performance based, analytically driven, fast-paced environment, while also working, collaborating, and providing strategic directions across various technical and creative teams.
  • Strong business acumen and proven leadership skills; experience leading day-to-day relationships with C-Level external partners.
  • Experience with running and owning a large P&L.
  • Strong understanding of evolving e-commerce and the digital landscape as it relates to digital media, user design, website engagement, analytics and overall digital marketing strategy.
  • Experience in growth businesses through starting a company, new business development, new product development, and/or innovation in business models.
  • A high degree of creativity with passion for driving performance.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in an analytically oriented discipline (e.g. business, economics, statistics, mathematics, marketing, etc.) or technology oriented degree – MBA is a plus.

Director of eCommerce

What we are looking for:

A digital-minded leader to drive growth for our partners through digital transformation, marketing, e-commerce and technology.  If you have a desire to take on a high-level of accountability and take your career to the next level, as well as substantial experience developing, driving, and measuring e-commerce campaigns, we'd love to have you join our growing team.

In this role, you will use your knowledge and an experimental test and learn approach, working closely with a dedicated team of analysts, designers and engineers, to find scalable ways to improve digital customer acquisition efforts, revenue growth, retention, and engagement for leading brands in the home services, healthcare, and financial services industries.  

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5-8 years of experience working in online marketing and/or an e-commerce capacity
  • In-depth understanding of how to drive ecommerce sales through effective direct marketing programs
  • Proven experience building and managing an e-commerce and multi-discipline team
  • Experience with in-depth analytics and problem solving, the ability to think strategically while being detail and execution-oriented, and success in managing competing priorities
  • A thoughtful and analytical approach with an ability to collaborate cross-functionally with technical team members and other departments
  • Deep understanding of evolving e-commerce landscape, cross-industry brand knowledge, and a high degree of creativity
  • Proven results driving growth through Paid and Search Marketing (e.g. SEM, Google AdWords, Google Analytics, etc.)
  • Knowledge and experience withonline marketing for e-commerce (e.g. Affiliate Marketing, Market Places, Shopping/PLA, SEO, Facebook and Display Advertising, etc.)
  • Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mentality

Bonus points for:

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, typically in an analytically or technology oriented discipline (e.g. business, computer science, engineering, etc.)
  • Worked at a startup that experienced significant growth
  • SEO knowledge
  • Experience in A/B testing (ACE in AdWords)
  • Retargeting and/or paid social experience
  • Product development experience (software/technology thought leadership)
